When it nears the end of the year and your employees are tired and dreary you will have to make a plan to liften their spirits and their morale.  There are many ways of organizing fun corporate events that could put them in a better mood and give them enough energy to work until the end of your year until the holidays start.

Here are a few ideas of what you can do to liven up the party – the good way…

Cab Treasure hunt is a very good idea. You team up and sent out in a cab to search for clues.  This will be a very good experience and memory for all staff involved.

The next one is a spy mission which sounds very exciting.  You are sent into the streets with a mission impossible type briefing and you must work in teams to crack codes and meet up with other spies to do combined secret missions.

Another outdoor event is Zorbing.  Zorbing is when you are literally put inside a large see-through ball and you can do different activities like Zorb Football,Fun with Zorb Balls at corporate events Articles Zorb Racing and even water Zorbing when you make the ball roll around in the water.  You basically run inside the ball to make it move and push with your hands to make it change direction.  Although it sounds strange it is guaranteed to give you a good laugh (you must see how people fall around in the ball when it first starts to get moving) and is perfect for team building and getting everybody’s spirits up and cheerful again.

Some indoor events that can prove to be fun as well is listed below.

”The Den of Dragons” is a team building activity based on the a TV program.  Your team must come up with an idea and then present it to the dragons and try to seal the deal.  To make the pressure even more, you can use real life business gurus to be the judges.

Another great team building idea is to split the staff into two groups, whereby they must produce a high quality short film and be judged according to different points.  This can turn out to be quite a challenge but anything beats sitting in the office for the day…..

Evening events could be the “Murder Mysteries” Game.  They are based on the board game.  Everyone loves a challenge and to get the old brain stimulated and what better way than with a mystery to solve.

For a smaller group of staff you can do the Limousine Treasure Hunt.  This is a good way of hunting for treasure in style and the “treasure” could be great gifts like shopping vouchers or days off.  This is sure to get the excitement of the staff up.
