Updating of the Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Italian legislative decree 231/01.
One of the main objective of Geox Group is its own development. Operàri had the privilege to work with the Geox team; they demonstrated to be always very competent, practical and result-oriented. The Model of organization, management and control needed an update, because of some amendments introduced by law. Geox requested in the meantime to concentrate on a full set of proceedings into the internal control system.
It was important to understand the behaviors and the protocols of the organization, management and control Model into the company procedures, taking care to reconcile everything in a system model of internal control that was maintained at unity.
Operàri has been called to develop a proposal for an operating method to introduce in the business everyday life and in the procedures the behavioral principles of the Model of organization, management and control adopted pursuant to Italian legislative decree 231/01 ensuring:
