Hollander Consultants Creates Tight-Knit Teams with Florida Symposium
PORTLAND, OR: Hollander Consultants brought over three hundred and fifty people to Clearwater Beach, Florida to experience the full effects of the Hollander Consultants program. Attendees are attributing their ability to work better as a team to the lectures they attended in Florida.
According to Charles Mann, director of training for Hollander Consultants, “One of the best parts of the symposium is the opportunity to sit down with individual practice owners and their staffs to isolate key problem areas that they have been unable to solve and then help them find the solution. We provide very practice specific workshops that enable team members to handle the situations they previously had trouble with.”
Internships, lectures, workshops and one-on-one consulting are part and parcel to a Hollander Consultants symposium, and this was entirely true in Florida.
Clients were so revitalized by attending the symposium that they bought a record number of books. Mitch Albin, bookstore officer for Hollander Consultants, said, “The amount of response for books was amazing! I wound up manning the bookstore at the symposium for at least 12 hours every day because people just wouldn’t stop coming. L. Ron Hubbard’s administrative and management works are very, very popular because they are very effective.”
Hollander Consultants is one of the leading national consulting firms in the United States and Canada for the combined dentistry, optometry and veterinary professions, and uses the administrative systems developed by business management pioneer, L. Ron Hubbard.
Hollander Consultants was recently named one of the top 50 companies to work for in Oregon by Oregon Business magazine, the leading publication for Oregon businesses.
