Pinebrook is a great area that goes largely unnoticed to out-of-state buyers. This area is located just off of I-80, 15 minutes from Salt Lake City, and a quick 10 minutes to downtown Park City.

There is a shopping center just off the freeway and below Pinebrook featuring restaurants, a large grocery store, and other small shops which makes it very convenient. There are hiking and biking trails littered throughout the area for all of you outdoorsy folk as well.
