  1. Submission of Documents: The very first step to start the registration process is to provide all the required documents through email
  2. Name Reservation: Name reservation application shall be filed in form RUN-LLP to reserve the name. After approval, the name will be reserved for 3 months.
  3. Digital Signature Certificate: All the designated partner shall have DSC before submission of the final form. For DSC the verification that has to be done like mobile, email and video verification. The DSC is a very important part of the registration without it an application cannot be filed.
  4. Drafting and Signing: Once the name is approved there are certain documents that should be prepared under the approved name and it should be signed by the designated partners or partners.
  5. Submission of Final Form: After the completion of the above steps only the final form needs to be submitted to the ROC but the final form shall be submitted within 3 months from the name approval along with all the required documents and fees.
  6. Certificate of Incorporation: If the registrar is satisfied with the documents and application, he will issue the certificate of incorporation
  7. PAN Application: A PAN application shall be filed to the NSDL for the allotment of PAN and on the satisfaction of the documents the department will issue the PAN
  8. LLP Agreement: An initial LLP agreement shall be drafted, signed, notarized and submitted to the ROC within 30 days from the date of incorporation. The value of stamp paper of the LLP agreement depends upon the state of registered office address and the capital contribution by the partners.

  3. Id proof (voter id/passport/driving license) anyone
  4. Address proof (bank statement/electricity bill/mobile bill/ telephone bill) anyone
  5. Passport size photo
  • FOR FOREIGN NATIONALS:
  1. Passport

The above two documents should be notarized and apostilled in the country it is issued and if it is in any other language then it must be translated into English and the copy of the translation should be attached

  • FOR REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS:

 

  1. Utility bill (Electricity bill/gas bill/mobile bill/telephone bill) anyone
  2. Sale deed or house tax receipt if the property is owned
  3. Rent agreement if the property is rented
  4. NOC from the person whose name is mentioned in the bill.
