How to Fit a Bra Guide

First is to measure your band size.

Run a measuring tape directly underneath your breasts, all the way around your back and ribcage. Add five inches to your measurements and that's your chest size.

* The measuring tape should be secured low and snug on the back.
* Most women secure their bra band too high on the back; this causes the band to ride up and the cup to fall forward.
* Lift the breast tissue up when measuring so the tape is snug on the rib cage.
* The band should fit around the smallest part of your back.

Next is to find out your cup measurements

Run the measuring tape along your breasts at their fullest point (usually the middle) and write down your measurements.

Then, subtract your band measurement from your cup measurement to determine your cup size.

Finally use the following guide to determine your correct bra size:

up to 1/2 inch = AA
1/2 to 1 inch = A
1 inch to 2 inches = B
2 to 3 inches = C
3 to 4 inches = D
4 to 5 inches = DD/E
