METHOD 1: ENSURE ABOUT HAVING OUTLOOK UP TO DATE

It’s essential to have Outlook updated to the current release. For this, go to the FILE menu, choose Office Account option there and look for Update Options and then click on Update Now.
     Now, check in your QB software, if the error continues to exist

Method 2: SETTING UP DEFAULT EMAIL TO OUTLOOK
- For this, first, open 'Control Panel' and search option saying Set your default programs
- Select MS Outlook from the list of programs and then click on option Set this program as default
- At last, press OK

Method 3: BY ADDING AN EMAIL A/C ON MS OUTLOOK
- Open Microsoft Outlook and select File menu
- From the file menu, click on  Add Account option
- In add account menu, put the email address that you want to add and choose CONNECT
- After then, add a password to access email followed by pressing OK
- To complete email setup, click on OK after that 

Method 4: BY TOGGLING EMAIL SETTINGS
- Open the CONTROL PANEL, go to MAIL and choose Microsoft Outlook
- In the window for mail setup, select the option saying Show Profile
- If an option is visible to you saying Always use this profile is already selected, then click on prompt 
for a profile to be used and then select Apply
- Press OK at last

Method 5: CREATE NEW OUTLOOK EMAIL PROFILE
- Be sure that Microsoft outlook is turned off
- Now, open control panel in your pc and go to mail options
- After opening the mail setup window, select the option saying show profile and then find and click on add option
- Please, enter your Profile Name and then press OK
- Now, simply add the email address you wish to use by moving along with the instructions given on screen 
- After then, select a drop down i.e under Profile Name and hit OK

NOTE: The method doesn't remove the existing settings assigned in outlook profile

Method 6: ADDING ADMIN USER TO WINDOW
- Create a windows user with administrative privileges
- Now, Log in to windows with the new user having administrative rights
- Try to re-open QuickBooks
