What do we mean by the word “Faith”? Which Image is evoked in our minds when we hear of someone who is a person of unshakable faith? Personally I am not led to give a totally religious connotation to this fantastic word. Personally I prefer to embrace the vision of Napoleon Hill regarding the faith and the definition of person with unshakable faith: according to Hill, faith is one of the essential qualities for success; It’s not to hope for something to happen, but to wait for a result. In this vision it takes more importance the active role of the person with unshakable faith: the person who has developed this ability knows that to get a result, you should put in place and will have to take action to achieve this result, but also knows that not everything depends on you, nevertheless he undertook the journey, take the road, he takes the first steps with the necessary security to achieve its objective that, over time, will be realized.
In times of faith we have been made major steps forward for all of humanity, monuments have arisen and magnificent works were created, while in times of disbelief these leaps are absent because it was not present a strong leadership that guided people to new horizons. This turns out to be precisely the best quality associated with faith: giving a solid direction, providing a clear view of the end point that you want to achieve.
A business must be able to express this capacity internally to employees and externally to the public and customers.

The direction that you want to communicate is crystallized in a product or service
The primary media by which the business communicates his faith is the product or service provided to them. The product / service in itself is a symbol and evokes / communicates a definite message to his audience: it directly embodies the will of the owner to the business, the faith that he transmits to his audience crystallizes and freezes in time, until one customer does not purchase and perceives this symbol. When in our business we make a product or service, are we aware of the symbols that is bring with it? What evokes in the minds of our audience? What direction do we communicate?
It is very important that our faith is part of the foundations of our work in the business. I am perhaps overly inclined to focus on the basics and the foundation, but I strongly believe that if we can crystallize an unshakable faith, the business which we will build will be solid and will create great benefits, both to us in terms of compensation and satisfaction, that to our audience.

It serves consistency between the communicated direction and the reality of the product or service
Every day we see advertisings that promise incredible results by products or services actually mediocre. This dissonance, this inconsistency is created by the fact that, in reality, the business itself has no great faith. This inconsistency usually leads to the defeat of the business: is communicated a certain direction that is not actually undertaken; The product or service is devoid of the ability to wait for a result. Business that remain consistent, crystallizing a clear direction and communicating honestly that they want to follow this direction, instead have a better chance of surviving the test of time. Consistency has then to be planned from the start of a business, starting from the soul that is given to it through the faith of its owner.
