I got my Apartment redecorated! Choosing the Painters and Decorators.

I recently moved to Edinburgh and the house I got was a little... janky at best. I got everything renovated pretty well but all I actually wanted was to do the Redecoration and two weeks ago my home construction completely finished and the home was free for decoration and painting. I decided to hire the Painters and Decorators near me, recommended to me by my neighbour, who is a nice old lady called Martha, she has like five cats. Anyway, back to the point, I contacted the company recommended to me by Martha, they were called Edinburgh Décor LTD. Now, I like Martha and I trust her recommendation perfectly, but she is not a Millennial or Gen Z, I say that in the most loving way possible, but as a Millennial myself, the first thing I did was Google them and weirdly enough their domain name is not the company name, instead it was Edinburgh-Decorator.co.uk, which is a weird flex but okay.

I decided like most sane people to check out their website as the reviews they had were in the middle, most people liked them a lot while others were a little dicier. I clicked and the website was… Well, it was a weird place as some of the home page content was written in Times New Roman and the Rest was Calibri. I don’t usually judge a book by its cover but I was about to, however, the services caught my eyes, it was almost everything I wanted and more because I needed my wiring checked as well, it was still being weird after getting it fixed once, they provided that and much more. However, I was a little sceptical about these Painters and Decorators near me, so I asked Martha about them some more and she for the first time, invited me into her home, showing me a beautifully painted living room with a flower pattern on it in a textile way, mimicking wallpaper which was done by Edinburgh Décor.

I called them up the next morning and honestly, it was a good time, they were very polite and listened to my idea without hassle, telling me a quote for what they thought could be done. They did give me a few ideas in case mine seemed a little out of control and they were not rude about it at all, they just suggested and I actually liked some of their Ideas as I listened to them carefully with an open mind, some of them I didn’t like and they were okay with working on my version with was amazing. It was a great experience and was well worth it, the biggest benefit is that I actually found painters and decorators near me and it was quite a fun ride. I took the services that provide a 24/7 working and that makes the working end in only a week.
