  • You ask for referrals, which you reward and/or a testimonial

This is just a generalized process.

In order to excel at what you do you would need to list each and every step of your sales process and improve on each and every element as time goes by. You need to put yourself in their shoes – how can I make this better for the customer, how can I add more value, how can I improve on my customer care even before doing business with them.

Start giving to your customers before they start buying from you. Most businesses do this the opposite way round and only start providing value once their customer has parted with their money.
