  • Have you ever led people, been a team leader or a project manager? If so, how many people did you lead?

  • Have you ever made a public presentation?
  • What is the largest size of the audience you have ever presented to?

Positive Questions

  • What are your strengths?
  • How would your best friend describe you?
  • What was the best thing you learned in your previous job?
  • What was the greatest strength of your previous manager?
  • What did you like most about the culture of the company you worked for?
  • Who was your favourite teacher and why?
  • What was the best project you were ever involved in?

Negative Questions

  • What are you bad at?
