The strength and weakness of a crocodile lies in its jaw force.... the jaw of the animal is very.....
The animal – crocodile is described to be a powerful hunter with very strong jaw force. One of the reasons for the ‘successful existence’ of the once co-habitant of ‘dinosaurs’ – the crocodiles, even today is due to its ‘jaw force’.
Nothing can escape if they get trapped between the jaws of a crocodile. But nature has not given such absolute power to any animal and made them invincible. The ‘jaw force’ of crocodile is unidirectional and not bidirectional.
Crocodile has strength only to close its jaws and it does not have the strength or force to open the same. The force or strength is uni or mono directional in nature. The success of crocodiles lies in its jaw force. Similarly, the success of ‘crocodile hunters/catchers’ is lies in knowing the weakness of the crocodiles that if its jaws are closed with hand or a rope, the animal cannot attack them.
But remember that no crocodile hunters/catchers would casually approach a crocodile because of its weakness. They respect the strength and approach the animal cautiously and conquer its strength by exploiting its weakness.
The corporate employees must know all the three paradigms of success viz.,
Most corporate employees worry a lot about their bosses. The power of the boss in influencing the decisions of the management, power of their understanding the subject etc., are the common reasons that affect the confidence of the subordinates. In such situations, they must respect and recognize the strength of the bosses but they also must know how to overpower the same. It is not just knowing is enough they also must develop sufficient smartness in dealing the situation and bosses wisely.
The corporate people must remember the fact that no force or strength can be multi-directional. The strength always resides only in the premises of weakness and vice versa.
A simple thread can arrest the jaw force of a crocodile if it is tied around the jaws. Only when one develop courage to deal the ‘strength’ of a crocodile, develop wisdom in knowing the weakness of the animal and smartness in dealing the same, could win.
Develop courage, automatically you will become wise and smart as well. Do not fear the strength of the boss but respect and recognize them and while doing so, also learn to deal the same ‘artfully’.
The basic ingredient of success is ‘confidence’ and the confidence only helps you to use your own strength and deal the ‘strength’ of others in the corporate. When fear frets your confidence, think of the jaw force of a crocodile and the smartness of a crocodile hunter/catcher.
