The corporate employees must accept certain hard realities that they are defined as ........

Certain group of people in the corporate is always meant only for generating revenue while others are exclusively for the purpose of spending the revenues generated in the corporate.  Earning is the job definition of the former group of people while spending the money is defined to the later.  This is not just true only for the corporate alone.  This management principle is what all green plants follow in nature.   Nature has created them only in the space of such management concept.

Look at any green plant.  The roots of most plants are the one that gather all the nutrients and water essential for the growth and development of plants.  They get burry deep inside the soil,Lack of self acceptance and its implications in corporate Articles always move in search of water and nutrients and supply the same continuously to the different parts of the plant.  Roots cannot afford to get tired and has to work hard continuously.

They meet and deal all adversities in the space beneath the soil, always hope to find what the plant requires and work hard.  On the other hand, the aerial parts of the plant always appear green rich, luxuriant and attractive.  They attract and seek the attention of the world towards them.  If the roots had not worked hard, can the leaves look so green and so beautiful?  Interestingly the leaves and aerial parts of every plant also love to grow away from the roots.

The aerial parts grow long, produce flowers, fruits and seeds and thus the generation of the plant communities continues.   But the roots remain beneath the soil, continue to do what they have been doing, and always remain unseen and least recognized.   When people thanks a tree either for the shade it gives due to the canopy or crown cover, the fruits etc., no one really either cognize or remember the roots as they are the real and the only cause for the existence of such trees/plants.

Certain realities in the corporate scenario are no way different from what is seen in nature.  The sales people are like roots of any corporate.  By and large, all other functions ‘eat and become fat’ mainly due to and because of the revenue that is being generated continuously by the sales people.

Like the aerial parts of the plants, these ‘chunk’ of people look rich and talk & do all ‘nonsense’ in the corporate world in the name of management.

This ‘necessary discrimination or evil or discrepancy’ of the corporate, people should be aware of and must develop sufficient maturity and wisdom to accept the truth as truth.

When people see such discrimination or difference that exist in the corporate so visible and vividly?

People see such distinctions only when the HR culture is bad and only when the people see different functions in isolation.  Instead of seeing the contributions in isolation, if they see their performances as ‘together’ and ‘wholesome’ part of the corporate, comparison and comparison lead sorrow may not occur.

When one sees oneself as part of the whole, comparison of various parameters may not cause sorrow or vengeance.   Roots never appear to think that they are different from leaves or other aerial parts of the plant.

Lack of self acceptance and the acceptance of others as a part of the whole only causes dejection and despondency.

Inevitably every one needs ‘self confidence’ and ‘self acceptance’.  Definition of every life and the respective defining laws are specific, highly individualized and connecting an individual to the self and to others.  Understand, accept and gracefully be a part of the above cosmic law.
