The challenges can vary drastically between the different job roles at the company.  The preparations needed to protect one employee performing their job function can be very different from any of the other jobs other employees are performing.  An Occupational Health Consultant can work with your company to ensure each job has adequate protection against the hazards that are faced daily.  The Consultant will witness first hand each employee performing their daily duties and take diligent notes about the dangers that are faced.
