Are you looking for ways to get more clients? Increasesales? Well the answer may be right in front of your face.

As a business owner you probably struggle with doing the
most important revenue producing activities consistently.
Instead you fill your day reacting to the endless things
that have to be done and work "in" your business.
The answer to grow your sales is to look at the low hanging
fruit that you are overlooking. By low hanging fruit I
mean the things in your company that would be easy and
quick to implement that would increase sales. One of my
clients did this exercise and came up with an area he had
overlooked,Low Hanging Fruit Articles and when implemented it generated him an
additional $100K in revenue the first month!
Schedule some time this week to look at the ways you can
get the low hanging fruit in your business. Write down all
the ideas you have and make a schedule to implement them.
Some ideas to get you started:
1. Upsells (as explained in last week's newsletter)
2. Products you have that are underpromoted
3. Make an offer to everyone that calls your company or
comes to your website
4. Call old clients
5. Ask for Referrals
6. Make a concrete follow-up plan for hot prospects
7. Add additional products or services you could offer your
current clients
No need to get your ladder out and reach for the fruit on
the top all the time. Take action and pick the low hanging
fruit that is ripe for the plucking!
