Articles sometimes would be burnt hot and red by a powerful electric current in a flash, if not timely closing the output of high frequency current, it will be burning and generate open circuit phenomenon, further causing other electrical accident.The cause of the accident contains the following several aspects:(1) water cooling.The red hot melt phenomenon of induction coil and electrode has a lot to do with the water cooling effect. When a hole appears in the certain parts of the induction coil, cooling water will be split, making the induction coil can not get cooling in a timely and effective manner in the work, and burned red melting. Especially for the electrodes used when making contact welding, requiring water cooling not only have the velocity and flow rate, and water slid down close to the electrode to outside plane, cannot form the space in the middle. Sometimes we may feel much water in the production, but the electrode red-hot phenomenon still happens as for this reason. At the same time, we can use finger to feel the impact of the water, when feel we have an obvious sense of impact on fingers, shows that the water flow velocity is OK.(2) poor contact. It may cause poor circuit conductive when poor contact. After the impact of high current, the conductor will be burnt quickly with the arc heating. Such as when the clamping screw part of the induction coil or fixed pressure plate of the electrode contact loosen, it will cause the local part heat loss due to burning.
