One need to ask why giraffe despite being strong and long necked become a very soft target to lion?..............

Every advantage has some limitations and in every limitation; there is an advantage is what the law of nature or we can call the mystery of evolution.  If the corporate and its employees understand the above tenet,Nature has created lion and giraffe only to train the corporate employees Articles they can even turn adversity into an opportunity and opportunity into a definite possibility.

It is not mere knowing the advantage and the limitation will make the difference in life but how well they are understood, used and utilized only guarantees success in corporate.  The law of nature is so loud and clear that the limitations will never limit the success and similarly the advantages will never by default or by design ensure success.  Only the effort with complete knowledge of both arms of evolution alone will make the desired difference.

When you look at the anatomical adaptation of giraffe, it can be understood far more clearly.   Giraffe has very long neck and very long legs.  Its food resource is relatively safe as it eats leaves of the tall trees.  None of the grazers could compete with giraffe as they cannot eat the leaves from such tall branches.

The tall neck of the animal offers great visibility to the animal as it can see its surroundings far better than any other animals.  Its legs are long so it can move very fast as well.  Despite all these advantages, giraffe is a very soft and an easy target of lion.  Indeed giraffe is also very powerful and with its well précised hit, it can kill the lion very easily.

What makes the giraffe so susceptible to lions? The lion is very short in height when compared the giraffe.   It is absolutely true that the long neck favours great visibility, the long legs help them to cover great distance in each step and the food resource is well protected.  But all these anatomical features/adaptations become the limiting factors when lion attack them.

The speed at which giraffe can run is almost the same speed of lion.  Giraffe cannot run great distance.  The small lion when attack, the long neck never favours the animal to hit the lion so easily as lion is too small in size.  If the lion pounce on its back, the animal has no choice but to admit the defeat meekly and accept the law of nature ‘eat and to be eaten up’.

The message to be drawn by the corporate employees from the above description is that do not get lost into the world of advantages you have.  Also learn about the limitations as well.  Utilizing the advantages should not be done without knowing the limitations.  By just knowing only limitations and disbelieving the advantage also will never make the life possible.  When some employees feel so proud about their knowledge and treat the above as an advantage, they also should be aware of the fact that such knowledge can prevent them from exploring the possibility due to the incessant doubts created by the same knowledge.

The advantage ‘knowledge’ becomes a burden too.  Knowledge creates curiosity and the same knowledge also creates doubts in exploration due to an array of questions & possibilities.

Perhaps, nature would have created giraffe and lion may to train and educate the corporate man.  Learn to be wise out of your knowledge than be vice of your knowledge.
