To create a workplace that help people to feel responsible can reduce work stress, enhance our work skills, increase tolerance, comprehension, productivity level and improve the decisional procedure. People feel “tied up” when they are at work. So giving them the chance to use their time at work in a productive way makes employees and even businesses stronger.

Obviously, incentives are very pleasant, but creating a workplace able to satisfy the specific and evolving needs of the employees and of businesses is the real important challenge. Today companies are well aware of the need to satisfy and capitalize their workforce.

This way the walls have become elements able to determine and affect the environment, allowing to create more or less comfortable solutions, isolated or open, to exploit at the maximum level office spaces. Work space is now a place where employees can comfortably live in, in the greatest freedom of action. The chance to change its configuration is nowadays an essential requirement, especially in wide modern spaces: office desks can be united or separated to adapt to every work requirements. For this task designers consider mobile panel walls very useful, these walls allow to widen workspace at pleasure, to reach the maximum height leaving full freedom of movement. Also the light has a fundamental role.

The new environment is versatile, fresh, with pleasant proportions to create clean and regular geometries, with smooth curves, shapes and colors that finally make the office a place to live with pleasure.
