Traveling around the country for work can be exhausting especially if you only have your hotel room where you can do your work. It makes it even more difficult if you have employees in each location as well as clients with whom you need to meet with. Renting an office space will cost you more money than simply working out of your hotel room and meeting in hotel conference rooms, but it will take away much of the stress to have a separate place for your work and where you live as you travel. You will also do well to find an area that includes a conference room so that you will be able to meet with employees and clients. If you are not able to find such a business, then you should search for a business that does this type of rental in each of the states where your business travels. Try to focus on the areas where you spend the longest time. If your travels only take you through an area for a day, and you just have a quick meeting, that may be a place to stick with your hotel system of working and meeting. Find rental offices at those locations where you spend 3-5 days working and meeting.

You may not have the opportunity to see each of the offices before you decide to rent it. Because of this, you will want to be sure you trust each of the companies you use. You will want to search for reviews on the businesses to see what others have to say about each. You will also want to communicate on the phone directly with representatives from each company and have them personally send you pictures of each office space rather than simply taking a website’s word for it. Doing it this way will bring more personal accountability should something not be as it seemed.

The offices that you choose to rent will need to be simple in appearance, and they should be a pleasant working and meeting environment.
