When your goods have been shifted to the new location then you must keep some of the points in mind to confirm unpacking and safe shifting of goods to new place. 4.       Carry out the delivery within the time mentioned by the property owner.

5.       Make placement of your cartons and furniture in reasonable position as to avoid mishap. Our contract only requires removal company to place or adjust items for once.

6.       You must protect floor coverings and carpets.

7.       Reassemble all furniture items the company dismantled at uplift.

8.       Cover surfaces onto which they unpack, such as pads, dining tables and cloths.

9.       Remove all paper, cartons and debris associated with removal.

10.   Provide you with your copy of the inventory condition report (ICR), which you must sign after you have recorded any obvious damage or loss during delivery, if you disagree with the company notations, briefly record your concerns before you sign the document.

11.   If you have agreement to unpack boxes the house removalfirm will return for one time to receive the empty cartons within 1 week of your delivery, provided you have flattened the boxes and stored the waste wrapping paper in mattress covers, or similar. Removal Company is not required to pick up damaged cartons. You will need to contact the company directly to adjust a time and date for the collection of those cartons.
