All these things attracted people toward Qnet but when they failed to make the desired compensation, these very people started spreading rumours and false accusations about the company. And like always, rumours like the qnet fraud spread like wildfire and are trusted more than the truth.
I think the basic problem was that not many people had really understood how the MLM worked. They accused it of working as per a pyramid scheme; a scheme where participants are enrolled with a promise of payment or services, with the basic purpose of enlisting more participants in the scheme through them, instead of supplying any real products or services to the consumers.
But finally, when investigations were carried out and the truth was revealed, it was found that the accusations against it had absolutely no truth to them. The tarnishing reports were baseless, filed by people who did not understand the mechanics behind the working of an MLM company. As a result, the qnet fraud could not taint the company’s image and only brought it into the limelight for all the good it has done.
