Several 'I's and several memory stores - a lesson to be learned by corporate employees

Sympathy anchor the state of being in suffering and hence it is pulled by the problems and on the contrary, empathy.......

Are you showing empathy or sympathy when you encounter someone who is helpless and miserable in your corporate?  Our emotional dealings and dialoguing with people have greater impact in us than in others.   Unfortunately we love to blame the situation for our state of being. 

Whenever an injustice or a painful incident is seen or told to us by someone in the corporate, we react overtly in an exaggerated manner.  It is not the ‘reacting’ or ‘responding’ style one dispose influence the state of our being, the energy level from which one operate only affect his/her state of being.  More often, people tend to express their sympathy than being empathetic to the sufferer. 

The waves of sympathy are always anchored in the sufferings of others and hence the sufferings of others naturally pull your state of being towards it.  Unknowingly you might join the chorus and start singing the song of sorrow and suffering by being sympathetic. 

When one exhibit the waves of empathy, they anchor their state of being at their wisdom and hence the sufferings of others will not pull them to the chorus to sing the song of helplessness. 

Wisdom only helps one to relate himself/herself to the situation wisely.  Only when a wise juxtaposition is being created between the individual and the event, one can respond instead of reacting emotionally or eccentrically. 

Why people easily get trapped into the mystic net of sympathy?  To understand it better, one has to investigate from within to unravel the key reasons for it.  Although we call every human being as an individual, in truth, they are collection of several ‘I’s.  Every ‘I’ has its past memory.  Obviously the memory can ‘bad’ or ‘good’. 

Whenever a sufferings or injustice is seen, the different ‘I’s log on to its memory lines and download the sad or bad memories from the store.   When an avalanche of sad memories from the memory lines of different ‘I’s are downloaded simultaneously, the energy influence of the reaction is controlled by sad emotions.  Such sad or bad emotions can only create sympathy and not empathy.  The sympathy waves born from within and also seen in other person jointly create a whirlpool around the person and thus the person fall victim to the situation as a result of being sympathetic. 

If one knows how to fix such bad or sad memories from influencing their experience, naturally one could be more empathetic and wise being. 

Employees in the corporate must learn not to become a party or participant in the sufferings of others but they should attempt to operate on a solution mode to minimize or resolve the problems of others.

People often download past memories and strengthen the present sufferings.  A small 10 unit of pain, they convert into 100 units by admixing all the past sufferings different ‘I’s have undergone and continue to live in the pool of sorrow.
