Your product is a way for you to reach many more people that may not have the opportunity to work with you in person. And if you give them a piece of you they’ll want more.

Give them a piece of you and they’ll want more. Think of yourself as a delectable piece of cake. You can have one slice,Solopreneurs: How To Make Them Want More Of You... By Just Being YOU Articles but because it’s so delicious, you want more. You always want more of something good. Think about someone that inspires you. You follow everything they do and buy everything that they sell. The more they offer, the more you want and you want it all. A good example of this is your favorite musician. You listen over and over to your favorite CD’s and wait patiently for the new release. How amazing would it be if you could get him to sing for you live and in person? Of course, you probably can’t afford to have him come to you in person so the CD’s will have to do. That is how you have to think of your product. Your product is a way for you to reach many more people that may not have the opportunity to work with you in person.

Don’t ever worry about giving too much away. Your clients will always want even more, and they will be willing to pay for it. If your stuff is good and you are answering their questions and relieving their pain, they will want all you can give. So give your best stuff.

You must be passionate about your product and it will take you where you want to go. When I got the copy of my first cookbook and instructional DVD, I was so excited, so proud and it felt so good! It has since taken me places that I never would have gotten had I not had the credibility that my cookbook gave me. I carried it with me to meet the marketing manager at a brand new Whole Foods Market in town and he instantly hired me to conduct a cooking class in the store. He never even opened the book to look at it. He was just impressed by the fact that I had one. That was all the proof he needed of my credibility. Not only does your product get your head on straight about what you offer and give you that confidence that you know what you are doing, it gets clients and interested followers convinced of your expertise. You are able to reach more people and help them as well.

Watching the sales as they come in on the computer screen is the added bonus! While I am sleeping, people are purchasing my cookbook. I literally watch the computer and see the money going into my bank account. Now wouldn’t you like to do that too?

You already have your GIFT. You just need to package it. Lots of you already have tons of ideas floating around and they’ve been floating around for a long time. They’ll stay floating around for even longer until you find the time to do something with them. It’s not always easy to get it done on your own. Think about exercise and how difficult it is to get motivated to get to the gym. We can always find an excuse not to work out based on numerous reasons that can stop us. But if you had a scheduled appointment with a personal trainer to motivate and inspire you, you can bet you’d be getting your butt to the gym. Same goes for a product. Just being able to bounce around ideas and sort out information with someone can do wonders in moving you towards your goal of creating a product. Making a commitment and being held accountable to an action plan are all you need to get the job done. You have a product inside you--get the support you need to get it packaged.
