What and How the Profiling system works?
The DAR profiling system is used to measure, detect, classify, count, and check vehicles or objects in all dimensions of 1D, 2D, and 3D sensors.
SENMAX came up with the advanced system of Laser sensor method to measure the size and other defects of the object.
The Working:IM-PMS system measuring head is built in a way that easily covers all sides of the objects in the conveyor line and once the QC is passed, HSDP sends the Bar ID for laser marking and generates the barcode.
Control panel act as a human brain and controls the overall process of Laser Scanner, Digital IO’s, Position Sensors, Barcode Label Printer, Laser Marking machine & conveyor drives.
