It is common for the tenant to pay one to two months when holding deposit to the owner’s right after signing the agreement. The advance payment is for collateral damage of the property. There are several listed terms and conditions within the agreement. The landlord should explain all restrictions listed in the agreement. Some restrictions includes no renovation is allowed inside the house and no pets are allowed inside the property. You may also appeal to the owners if you have pets. However, pets should be kept inside the house.

There are times when property owners are not available. In this case, they usually send one member of the family with power of attorney forms. You can appeal to the main representative of the owner for all important concerns about the agreement. Important details are listed within the agreement such as cleaning and keeping the whole surroundings to keep it well maintained. An agreement between the owner and the tenant should not be a hindrance for building good tenant and owner relationship.
