You have to be putting on a professional suit with a tie. If you believe you are overdressed than that is a great sign. Show them that you are prepared to give it your all and do the better job that they call for from you. Make sure to shave and keep your hair neat also.

They will be asking you certain questions concerning the job you are after. Make sure that you did your homework and understand exactly what they do and what you are able to do to improve things. Speak clearly and make sure to that you make eye contact when speaking to them. Looking behind them or at the floor is a mark of weakness and disrespect. This is the most difficult  job test you will have to prepare for.
