The current problem of infrared thermometer in domestic units

From the development of high frequency welding steel pipe technology, infrared thermometer will become an important high-quality welded pipe mill, and even one of the necessary equipment. Currently there is still a big gap between us and the international advanced level, but what need to be pointed out is that:the fundamental reasons are not in the infrared temperature measurement technology, but in the technical aspects of domestic welded pipe mill. Because, in terms of general industrial infrared temperature measurement technology, domestic infrared thermometer major technical indicators and manufacturing level has been at or near the level of similar products, with the condition in the application of high-frequency welding steel pipe mill. But the domestic high frequency welded steel pipe unit compared with similar foreign units, there are many unfavorable, or even completely impeding the normal operation of the infrared thermometer problem exists. There are two main aspects: First, the unit structure is inappropriate; the second is water and water vapor interference is too large. For such problems, even the most advanced infrared temperature measurement technology is powerless. So it needs to be noted by the relevant domestic manufacture, application and research departments that to increase the application level of infrared temperature measurement technology and focus on improvements of the domestic unit.
