The Functions of the Cooling Fan

No annotation specified

A cooling fan is a mechanical device powered by electricity and used to produce an air flow for cooling the heat. A fan has blades that revolve for producing air currents. The function of the fan is to produce air flows with high volume and low pressure. The blades of the fan will also rotate if it is exposed to an air stream, for example the anemometers and the wind turbines.

A fan is used for climate control, cooling systems, personal comfort (electric table fan or ceiling fan), ventilation purposes (exhaust fan), winnowing, removing dust (sucking as in the vacuum cleaner), drying, and air fresheners, cooling the computers, cars, trucks and a host of other things.

If you are searching and looking for some solution to cool a large area or an area where the space is limited, there are a number of designer fans that have been designed to cool both large and small areas. These fans include the ceiling fan and the table fan and the fan of an air cooler.

Then there are cooling fans  that have been designed for use when air conditioning is cost prohibitive, impractical, or unavailable. The evaporative cooling fans are used to cool certain types of equipment such as generators and compressors. These evaporative cooling fans function through the use of a power supply and water. The features of these cooling fans are one-piece polyethylene plastic hosing and high-tech polymer venturi with non-corrosive fan blades. These fans can also be used to cool large areas such as the manufacturing plants, garages, military bases, and gymnasiums. These fans are also used effectively for spot cooling in horse stables, dog kennels and a large variety of locations in addition.

The other type of fans in addition to the evaporate cooling fans are the axial cooling fans. The function of the axial cooling fans is to provide ventilation and spot cooling in places where the space is limited. Generally axial cooling fans are used in copy machines, office equipment, computers, industrial control equipment, and audio and visual equipment. The axial fans are also applied and used in vending machines, telephone equipment, light projectors, TV camerasFeature Articles, and many types of electrical equipment.
