The participation procedure involved the IRs pitching an idea to RYTHM (Raise Yourself To Help Mankind) Foundation. This would be executed by collaborating with an NGO. The ones that were chosen were Emmanuel Emodek from Uganda, Shaimaa Amir Ahmed Ali from Egypt and Sangeeta Motupalli from India.

Ms Donna Imson, Executive Chairperson of this direct selling powerhouse and Trustee of RYTHM Foundation says, “Projects proposed had to fall under any of RF’s four main pillars – Education, Community Development, Arts and Culture, and Environment.” This is a great enterprise as it helps in fostering some vital values. It also helps Independent Representatives in understanding the importance of caring and being responsible citizens of the society. The work of this foundation dilutes the effect of untrue QNET complaints.

Emmanuel Emodek chose the charity, Shiri Skills which provides vocational training to underprivileged children regarding bike mechanics and other fascinating skills. This grant will be utilised for establishing different kinds of sports centres with exceptional facilities. These will help children in facing the struggles of life and earn a livelihood in a respectable manner. Sangeeta Motupalli selected Li’ll Hearts Foundation, which provides education to children in the remote areas of Secunderabad in Andhra Pradesh. These children are extremely poor and they do not have any academic background.  Shaimaa Amir Ahmed Ali chose the cause of disabled children. Resala Charity Organisation was her choice.

The noteworthy part about this multilevel marketing company is that it has used its fame to reach out to causes, which needed to be spotlighted. They have helped in creating awareness. In their own ways, they have worked for the betterment of the society and put a smile on many faces with their revolutionary works.
