The role of these job-holders is different, based on what their hirer asked them to do.

They should be trustworthy too. As the person who tells the Development Team on what should be changed to improve the overall quality of their work, he has to tell the team what has to be changed and what has to be developed. As the analyst, he has to be credible for the Development Team to trust and have faith in him.
