Misenheimer's division will be the liason between several Commercial Lenders and TheCreativeInvestor.com's online membership allowing these investors to receive multiple bids on Loan Projects as they are input into this online software. Misenheimer is coming from National Cooperative Bank, where he had a similar position. National Cooperative Bank is exclusively a Commercial Lender.
