True Telecom is a finalist for Best SME Contact Centre Solution (Reseller) at the Comms National Awa

True Telecom are thrilled to be announced as a finalist at this year’s Comms National Awards, in the Best SME Contact Centre Solution (Reseller) category.

Each year the Comms National Awards recognise and reward those who shine within the telecoms industry and True Telecom are delighted to be recognised for their hard work over the past 12 months. The company has grown at an extraordinary rate, now with more than 6,000 customers and in excess of 80 staff; the company has aggressive plans to become a direct competitor to some of the biggest names in the industry.

Now in its 15th year, the Comms National Awards is the ICT channel’s most respected and coveted awards programme. Comprising reseller/solution provider and vendor categories the awards are independently judged by a panel of industry experts whose experience covers resellers, trade associations, vendors, consultants and trade press.

True Telecom are one of five finalists for the category Best SME Contact Centre Solution, entries had to include a detailed Case Study of how as a company you had helped a business to overcome challenges and meet its objectives. Entries also had to include a customer testimonial, plans for business growth and development and letters of support from clients and principal suppliers. The results will be announced during the awards ceremony at Grand Connaught Rooms, London on 22nd October 2015.
