Valves control,Uses and applications of Pneumatic valves Articles regulate and direct fluids and gaseous subtances. They are generally distinguished into hydraulic valves, which are made of superior metals like steel while pneumatic valves are made from aluminium and various other polymers. Pneumatic valves are sometimes bellow like in appearance and use a similar air mechanism for functioning.

They are adaptable components so are widely used across various industrial structures. Using air, only these valves regulate the flow while dealing with liquids as well as gaseous substances which are obstructed, stored in various industries.

This variety of controllers are used in commercial and industrial structures namely garages, labs and boilers used widely for boiling water and filtering liquids, gases. However they are not compatable with certain industrial environments as they may handle toxins and other elements.

Types of Pneumatic Valves
Depending on the adaptable nature there are namely the following types of valves butterfly, globe, poppet and likes.

However the most commonly used applications of valves in industries are mentioned below describing the adundant resources they supply as well as efficiently manage.

  • Transportation: Transporation industry is a constantly evolving industry. Mainly concentrating on making of various automotive parts and as fuel storage and depensing elements to ensure a vehicle moves appropriately. As fuel is stored in vehicles to prevent hazards maintaining standards is important, this is where pneumatic valves contribute largely. They are used in the transportation industry while dealing with air suspension applications commonly known as brakes used  in motor cars,  space shuttles and airoplanes.
  • Utility: Many household utility items used in routine chores like appliances which like cookers, stoves and ovens. To constrain the supply of heat and to refrain from over heating or burning the items used, pneumatic valves are used. They are popularly used in laundary tools to regulate heat and utilise the energy for cooking and ironing and various other purposes.
  • Apparatus:  Scientific apparatus are constantly heated and cooled and gases are evaporated to refine and find crude properties of elements. They are also customised to suit the various scientific applications and procedures capable of handling heat and energy making them popular among researchers and scientists. They are used in in centrifugation, water treatment and filteration, fermentation.
  • Packaging: Manufacturers understand the value of these controllers, hence they use them in packaging of various items, as they are durable and are cost efficient. Often the valves are moulded to define packaging materials used for hospitality industry for example to package food and beverages and sometimes even used in pharmaceutical industry.
