Developing your online income is one of the essential things you must learn when you have a website.

What if most of your ads are with Google AdSense. Let’s suppose it makes up 90% of your online revenue. Heaven forbid if Google should ever terminate your account! You would lose 90% of your website's earnings,Ways to Diversify One’s Income Articles then what would you do? Would you be able to recover immediately? For most individuals, they would not.

Therefore if you have a website, expand your earnings by not only utilizing Pay Per Click sponsors, but also use a Direct Leads sponsor, a cost per acquisition sponsor, or even promote other products or services and get paid a commission per sale.

Just make sure to view the performance of your website. Make sure that you are checking your stats to see which banners and ads are performing the best and swap out the ones that aren't performing as well. It's also a fine idea to vary your banners every few months anyway to get "fresh blood" on your site. One should to do this because your readers will soon overlook all your ads and banners as they become “banner blind”.

Expanding your online income also includes creating other websites. At present, I have a number of sites that I build income from. Roughly 4 months previously, Google banned one of my sites from their search engine! Among internet marketers, this is a frequentincident. Apparently they considered my site as a link farm because of the many outgoing links to sponsor ads. But that site at the time was bringing in about $1000 per month. If I didn't have all of my other sites to pick up the slack, can you imagine the disaster that could have happened?

Another way to develop your sites is to have a number of them on different servers. These days, it’s cheap to host a website. Let’s suppose throw one or two of them up on a $5.99 a month server and pay for a year's worth of hosting, then you’re on the right track. Aside from the search engine benefits, you also don’t have to worry if one of your servers will go down.

Just remember to always look for new streams of income for striving to discover additional ways of getting money online is worth it in the end.
