Every event or an action or a cause or its result in nature has a great management insight or principle in it.  Only on the basis of many strong management concepts or principles, the process of evolution, adaptation, succession etc., are happening in nature. Only with such deep ‘management insights’ the entire creation of various species of flora and fauna had taken place in nature.   

What bring success to a corporate or its employees? Is the unique job or the unique product/service that offer success?  Although such uniqueness are must and does bring success, but only when an opinion is created about the uniqueness and only when it reaches the right location, success becomes an easy possibility.  

Hence opinion making and creating opinion makers are very important for success of any corporate or its employees. 

How the process of ‘opinion’ making does goes in the world of flowering plants?  Do they also achieve or ensure their success only through availing the service of some opinion makers? 

Most flowers when they mature produce very pleasant fragrance/aroma and through such process they attempt to exhibit their readiness for pollination.  The ‘fragrance’ is released into the air to attract and invite the pollinators such as insects, birds or some mammals.  The air filled with such ‘floral fragrance’ act as an ‘opinion maker’ and it intimates the pollinators about the readiness of the flower. 

Only through and from the opinion makers, the pollinators such as bees, butterflies, birds or bats comes to know about the preparedness of the flower and show interest towards it.  The edible pollen grains and nectar is available only in the matured flower and this is well known to all the pollinators.

The corporate employees must know that the secret of their career success also lies in how well and how quickly they tie up to the opinion makers and avail their services.  Every organization has many opinion makers.  One needs to smartly strategize to get the ‘buy in’ of these people. 

Always one should remember the fact that only the people from the other department can act in general as sincere opinion makers.  If one can create a ‘wah’ feel about their work or recent success or an effort or a new project idea/concept, it becomes the news.  It is also easy to create a great feeling about ones work to people in the other department as they do not have the domain knowledge of the subject and also the subject will be new to them.

One has to learn that how smartly the flowers make the aura around them filled with their fragrance.  The air spread the fragrance to different places and gives a great advertisement to the plant as a whole.  Only through such an advertisement, the pollinators notice the flower and the very purpose of existence of the plant are met with.

‘Work’ hard also to create many opinion makers to your hard work otherwise you would have to work hard forever for a meager reward.
