Work Your Plan --How to Have it All and Eat Your Cake Too – Part 5

The key to your million dollar business—is action! The shortcut to success is learning from people who are already doing what you want to do. Learn from the experts and work your plan

Once you have created your plan of action for your online business, the worst possible thing you could do is not take action on it.  You will not magically start making money easy online if you do not take the first step towards building a business that can create that money on demand.

The second worst thing you could do is keep doing something that is causing you to fail each time without learning from it.  

If you do the same thing over and over, you have to know that you can’t expect different results each time.  You have to do something a little different and learn from your mistakes, gurus such as Rich Schefen in the ‘Entrepreneurial Emergency’ calls this failing forward.  You can’t expect to go straight into an online business and create money on demand without a few failures on the way.  The faster you make these failures the faster you will learn to make money online.

Also most of us are guilty of buying information products that promises they are the nest money making system in the world, and we keep on buying them without applying any of the information we have learnt.

First don’t buy an information product, unless it helps you with a part of your plan, and second take action on it and don’t let it build cyber dust.  Making this your rule will mean that you are not going to buy every new release that comes your way, even if you are tempted by the hype.  This rule means that you will not suffer from the information overload, analysis paralysis if you like, that others around you succumb too.

Also don’t just try a money making system for a couple days, give it a chance to work. In reality there are very few make money online information products that will make money in just a couple of days – they will require a little bit of work at least for a month.

Also don’t try to learn everything and do everything yourself.  You are not superman or superwomen and can do all things.  As soon as you accept this and concentrate on your strengths and learn how to outsource the rest, you will have won half the battle.

Procrastination.  A word and action that haunts many of us.  If you have completed your plan to work on a day to day basis, then if you fall behind you are going to have a mountain to climb to catch up.  Sometimes life can get in the way, or we might lose motivation, but if we have a coach, mentor or accountability partner then we stay motivated and work, anything rather than having to come up with an excuse as to why we haven’t done our planned work. 

Having a coach or mentor that has already been there and done it, is also a great motivator to help you reach your million dollar business goals.  They will let you into their secrets and mistakes, helping you to eliminate them from your plan and move ahead more quickly.

You have spent all this time creating a perfect plan, so do everything you can to implement it, as plan that is not implemented is like not having a plan at all.  You have come this far, don’t failure at one of the first hurdles.
