Hi there again I have been working hard keeping up the co-op. GetResponsehad huge volumes of emails going out yesterday so I was tired because I only have a few hr sleep only.

But what is success without a little adversity?Anyways . . . Today is officially my one year anniversary with my currentteam. The experience has been a whirlwind of excitement and growth for me and my team.

So today I want to take some time to reflect and share on what I'velearned over the course of this year so that you can take some of my experience and apply it to your business.

Well to start out with . . .

I have learned that you DON'T have to call leads to besuccessful in this industry. When I began marketing in this industry cold callingappeared to be the only option. Every business I turned toand every leader I interviewed told me the same things.

They said. . .

This business is a business of numbers so the MORE peopleyou call in the shortest amount of time the quicker you willhave success.

After following this advice and calling thousands of leadsand paying thousands of dollars to do it I realized thatthere is more to it than just calling leads. If that was all there was to it I would have seen success.

So . . . It is a numbers game and the more people you contact in ashorter amount of time the more success you will have,Your Home base Business Secret That’s Work Articles butyou first have to be very good at cold calling to make anyof this work.

I realized this was not for me. While going through the process I always knew in the back ofmy mind that there had to be a faster way.

There is!This leads to the second thing that I learned.

The science of LEVERAGE!Which states. "What you lack in skill you can alwaysmake up for in leverage Not by Numbers Jim”.

A truer statement I have never found.

You see when I turned to the internet after seeing the hugesuccesses that people were having online I knew that therehad to be able to open the floodgates of the internet forsuccess in network marketing.

There was!What was it?First . . . Setting up my business with the same resources and toolsthat the huge successes online used.

Then leveraging those tools.

First for my own personal success and then for the successof those that came after me.

You see there are lots of eBooks and different guides tohelp you be successful out there, but what I’ve found is thatif you look past the information being sold to the PROCESSbehind it you'll uncover the true cause of their success.

The answer is NOT in the details, but rather in the PROCESS and ACTION.

Let me share with you the next important thing that I've learned is that innetwork marketing it's not you that is important, ratherit's those that come after you.

In realizing this, I have worked diligently with one thoughtin mind.

How can I make the path easier for those that come after me?By focusing on this question, I created a hugeresponsibility for myself and had to step into doing manythings that I've never done before, but I have done thembecause I want everyone that comes into my business to knowmore and to be able to see more opportunity than I did.

I wanted to allow them to stand on the shoulders of mysuccess.

I will tell you what I though . . .

Because of this my phone has rung off the hook withquestions and excitement. I try to get to every call, butit's hard at times:

So strive to make the path for those that come after youeasier than it was for you and you will naturally attractthe right type of people to your business.

We all see claims of huge wealth in Network Marketing and it's true, butdon't ever think that success doesn't come without a price.

There is much work to be done to reach the pinnacle soadmire those that stand above you because their work ethicand dedication to their success is nothing short ofastonishing.

If you want huge success in your business get ready to paythe price. And when the new responsibilities are handed over to youwelcome them as sign you are on the right track.

Ok . . .

Relationship,Now when I began network marketing I was told that runningnetwork marketing business completely online was a pie inthe sky dream. I was told it couldn't work because you couldn't create realrelationships through such a medium.

I asked myself why they said this?Had they tried it and failed?No looking back and seeing that it is not only a possibilitybut actually easier to do so online than off I see that thereason people answered me in such a way was out of pureignorance. They didn't know any better.

If someone or a group of people say it can't be done set outto prove them wrong.

Don't anyone else's limiting beliefs limit you or how you dothings in your life.

Further on the point of relationships, the medium doesn'tmatter as long as you are talking from your heart and doingthe best that you can on behalf of those you work with and you will seea bond form.

It's as simple as that.

I now have a relationship with hundreds of people in my team and this would not have been possible if I listened to the advice THEY gave.

The next thing, is don't underestimate your own value.

You are a wonderful person filled with your own specialgifts and abilities and it's your responsibility to sharethem with the world.

Don't worry about what they say.

One that point . . .

No matter who you are or what you do, once you start toachieve a certain level of success you going to create twotypes of people around.

Those that like you and those those don’t.

Forget about those that don't like you and give all yourattention and energy to those that do.

Never stop climbing.

Remember, success is very simple with this business.

All you have to do is get as much targeted traffic to yourop-in page on a consistent basis as possible: Then give your growing team/associates as much support as you possiblycan and the rest will take care of itself.

Focus on consistently generating just 100 leads a months,or 3 leads a day and your financial freedom is just aroundthe corner.
