Many corporate employees are unaware of the fact that why they are undergoing so much of noise and commotion from within.   They often pass quick judgments about many things or people and easily get annoyed or disturbed.  In most occasions,Are you a victim of your thoughts and notions? Articles in a very conclusive manner, they also allege that everyone around them are always sarcastic and prejudiced on them.

Why some corporate employees behave so strangely?  Is the preconceived notions formed in the mind or fear or fatigue on their capability makes them to be very different in the organization?  Is fear cause anger or preconceived notion about something cause anger or inability to perform cause anger? Is the same anger makes them to behave like a ‘victim’ and ‘bizarre’?  Why they always remain quinquincial on everything?

Certainly, people do mix their various thoughts in the mind and make a complex network.  They often live in such web like a spider.  Interestingly, spider brilliantly knows how to move around freely in the web and never it get entangled or trapped in the web.  This simple trick or the so called sacred lesson every corporate employee needs to learn from the spider.

They also should learn from the wading birds as how swiftly and casually they walk on the floating water plants.  It is not the mere body weight of these birds does the magic but its smartness and experience only help the bird to become a perfect wader.

What could be the probable source of the anger?  The anger is not the sign but it is the evidence of some preconceived idea or notion about something or someone.  When someone or some situations challenge or question their ‘preconceived notions’ people get angry and agitated.

The preconceived notion generally and liberally gives birth to victim thinking or incapable thinking pattern.  Incapable thinking takes its origin in the mind where the seeds of self belief and confidence never able to sprout.

In corporate, people often get angry at others more due to their own problems than due to others.   They assume that what people around may be thinking about them and when they operate from the assumption domain, they throw their anger.  It is the preconceived notion only makes them believe that only when they show their anger, there will be a respect for them.  The exact opposite of anger is not courage but ‘victim thoughts’.  Fear, anger and courage are the three dear children born when the preconceived mind marry its daughter ‘the victim thoughts’.

If someone claims to be very courageous means they are simply victims to such thoughts and all the victim thinkers love to prove some points in the society.    The other expression of victim thoughts is only the fear.  Those who cannot show their anger, tend to show their fear or courage.  Ultimately, these emotional paradigms make the person the most incapable and inefficient.  Any one who had fallen into such grew will continue to be in the same grew and never able to come out of the same.

Remember, what you sow only you shall reap.  What notion you load into your mind is only you are going to unload.  Your victim thoughts or fear or courage are nothing but only the products of your preconceived notion.

Let your mind be a highway eatery where the thoughts can easily come and go and let they not stay there as permanent residents.
