India has developed its education system and along with that there is increase in demand forcareer progression. With the review of Indian education and employment opportunities,Development in education and career growth in India Articles it is clear that its status has been increasing day by day. Incoming and upcoming technological advancements have affected education system by which young generation can get qualified education and career guidance. Only education cannot help you to build your career, but it requires a qualified or specialized education.   

 India is a country blessed with so many cultures, traditions and among them Gurukul/Pathshala that means schooling for child is a one. Brahmin culture used to teach their child from the beginning of age of 5 years. There were various primary schools that based out of villages which were run by Gurus with the aim of educating them and enhancing their knowledge and livelihood. Nalanda University, Bihar is an example of the most ancient college for higher studies which used to provide abundant knowledge for Indian as well as foreign students. How vast and giant education system in India is!

With the advent of globalization, it has demanded more up to date and advanced education. An important step taken ahead by Indian Government is that it has started Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, the Education for All movement to provide education facilities for all rural community children.  There are number of schools and colleges launched in India so that students can learn different subjects like literature, arts, science and technology, etc. Various business schools, specialization institutes for IT subjects that enabled students to get specialized knowledge and gain mastery over it.

Globalization had also affected business sector, private and public sector which resulted in generation of number of career opportunities. Fresher and other job seekers are now provided with variety of jobs in India. Indeed, a good education ensures a good career prospective. Any job seeker holding a degree certificate will find numerous career opportunities to build career in India. While talking about Indian job opportunities for job seekers, it is noticed that with industrial development number of job vacancies have generated. 

Industrial sector has expanded its wings in many fields such as IT, telecom, banking, finance, health care, medical, manufacturing and construction etc. providing lots of job openings for job hunters. Attractive salary packages and other benefits in multinational companies have attracted a large pool of candidates for doing jobs there. Highly educated job seekers normally prefer jobs on MNCs to earn more money. These companies may also provide their employees an opportunity to go abroad. There they can build their career along with getting experience and knowledge.

Government jobs, though not providing such an attractive salary, are giving job security with normal wages. There are so many employment opportunities for educated as well as undereducated persons to get jobs in Indian Government.  That is why government jobs in India are also in more demand. If all the factors taken into consideration it is observed that Indian education and career prospect has a great future. No doubt, India is a better country to start your career.
