One the long and far way of applying for jobs, why do you fail to enter one of those companies with your higher education, deeper work experience than others? Why could not you pass the gateway of interviews? Lots of experts working on the field of career management mentioned the major five mistakes which applicants may make.

1. Applicants conceal real information in their resumes.

The resume of applicants is the first step to apply for a job. The interviewers will offer you an interview opportunity if they are intereted in your resumes. You can highlight your advantages which are requirements of the job position in your resumes in order to attract the human resource officers’ attention. However, you can not conceal your personal information in your resumes or deceive your interviewers by exaggerating your personal information such your education background, work experience, or you may make a irresponsible and unhonest impression on them. What's worse, if you cheat any information about yourself to your interviewers, your name will be removed from the candidates’ list even you are competent to this job. You may wonder why the company does not hire you. That is because all the companies pay most attention to the applicants’ quality then comes to their ability. There is one example of my friend, Jimmy. Jimmy graduated from one ordinary college and he applied for many kinds of jobs online everyday. One day, he noticed that one Fortune 500 companies announced a position for new graduates from famous university. In order to catch this rare opportunity, he amended his education background and sent the email to the company. It was easy for him to pass the interview, however, he was refused while the company found his education background was just a fake. In my opinion, he may be hired by this company if he offered his real information because Jimmy was full of part-time job work experience and skills of communication.   

2. Applicants have a lot of experience of job hopping.

New graduates may change jobs frequently, which is bad for them to be hired by other companies. It is normal to see that a large quantity of graduates prefer to change jobs while their supervisor arrange more task for them. At this moment, they may complain about the work load and the low salary. They just do not understand that almost all the companies are concerned about the job-hopping problems about their applicants. If the applicants change their several jobs within one year, they may doubt about their work attitude or work efficiency. Of course, everyone has his reason to change a job, but they need to take the reasons into consideration before quitting the job.

3. Applicants do not pay attention to their personal images.

Do remember to be well dressed while having an interview. You don't need to wear formal sutis or dresses, however, you should be looked as a clean and tidy person at least. Try to arrive at the interview place 15 minutes before the expected time.

4. Applicants ask for a high salary.
