There are a lot of job opportunity in India if we talk about private jobs. But are they better than government jobs. Do private jobs also provide same kind of benefits as government organizations provides to employees. Lets check it out which one is better and why

1-Sarkari Naukri:

Therer are not many sarkari Naukri in India as compare to private jobs but still lacs of sarkari exam conducted by government authorities to fill sarkari vacancies.

Exam conducting authorities like upsc and ssc provides a lot of job opportunities each year through some popular sarkari exams like upsc cds, ssc cgl, etc. Bank also provides too many jobs each year to Indian job seekers through latest bank exams. But getting a government job is not that easy due to a lot of competition.

Benefits of sarkari Naukri:

• Job Security is the main benefit
• Good salary structure
• A lot of other benefits like extra allowances
• Great work life balance
• Very less work pressure

Disadvantage of sarkari Naukri:

• Same type of work can lead to depression
• There are corruptions in some departments
• No benefits of hard work
• Salary increment is very low

2- Private Jobs

If you are looking for private jobs in India then there are a lot of options as compare to government jobs. There are a lot of private jobs from different domain like it/software, manufacturing companies, private banks, Insurance companies, Private colleges and schools, etc. Also getting a job is very easy in these private companies if we compare to government jobs. Private jobs in India are more than 100 times means private job sector is directly responsible for Indian economy.

Benefits of Private Jobs:

• Good salary package
• Good promotion based on experience
• Talented people get good salary
• On site opportunities if you want to go abroad

Disadvantage of private jobs:

• Poor job security
• You will have to impress seniors to get promotion or salary hike
• You will have to work for more than 12 hours if required
• Employers can call you on weekends also if there is any emergency
