I love lots of sports and try to keep healthy and fit all the time. However at times, I get caught up at work and have not got time to work out. The excess pounds are starting to be noticed by other people and I noticed when I tried to buy some brand new clothes.

I needed to change something and looked on Google for a simple way to exercise and work at the same time. My boyfriend thought it was a excellent idea for me to get fit again and to become a personal fitness trainer. The first step nonetheless was to get back in shape myself. There were a number of fitness courses on the internet but one appealed to me the most,How To Become A Personal Fitness Trainer Articles so I signed up and received one of their brochures. There were a lot of challenges set by them, all of them were straight forward and just encouraged me to focus on being a personal fitness trainer. I discovered that a course to be a fitness trainer only takes six weeks and there is a certificate at the end. You are awarded a qualifying certificate to allow you to be able to instruct fitness courses. The cost of these courses is online and can be reserved by clicking the "start date" icon. There are also several videos which explain each part of the course in depth.

My decision to change my career in becoming a personal fitness trainer was one that my boyfriend was very enthusiastic about, including my new sleek figure. Once I finish the course, there are loads of oppurtunities available to me, all with excellent pay. At the moment, I am working for someone in their fitness centre although my dream is to open my own gym one day.

If you want to, there are worldwide oppurtunities available in Dubai, India and on cruise ships. Even though I worked hard at the fitness course, it was because of my teachers that I sailed through the exams.

When I changed my career, it also impacted on my private life. Friends and family have all mentioned that they see a lot more of me. Several clients now look to me, to guide them to a healthy and fit lifestyle. I also achieve a wonderful sense of satisifcation knowing that I have helped someone to make a life change.

My clients all have their own personal characters and are from all walks of life. Young, old, fat or thin. All of them however want to stay fit. when I see clients reach their targets because of my training methods then I know that this career was meant to be. I actually like waking up in the morning with the thought of going to work, unlike my old occupation.

With my qualification as a master trainer achieved, I am now looking to run my own fitness centre which is under the umbrella of a larger business. I thoroughly recommend any like-minded person who may be interested in a personal trainer course to research online and ask for an information portfolio on courses in fitness.
