If you are planning to pursue your career in health care sector, you are required to sell your talent and capability. You have to work with different patients who have different diseases and disorders. You are required to take care of their health and mental condition. So you have to keep everything in mind and study well before appearing for your job interview.
Listen carefully to every question. There may be few questions which you may find difficult to answers. But make sure that you do not say bluntly that you donít know the answer. They might give you an situation where you will be required to interact with different patient. All the patients will not be always good to you. Itís your responsibility to handle them calmly. If your interviewer asks you a particular question and you do not know the answer, it recommended answering them honestly. An honest answer is better than an avoidance response.

Punctuality is very important for me and as I will be working in Health care industry, I have to be punctual and report to my work on time as Iíll be having lot of responsibility to perform.
According to me Commitment with the patients is very important. As a CNA, we should take care of each and every minute detail of the patient.
I always handle any tough situation very calmly. I do not get hyper easily. Till now I dint face any conflict in my work place, but if such circumstance rises, Iíll try to handle the situation calmly and try to sort out the problem then and there.
It means assurance to Patient Outcome
You have to be very careful when you appear for your interview. Make sure you are always confident and smiling.
