According to me Commitment with the patients is very important. As a CNA, we should take care of each and every minute detail of the patient.

I always handle any tough situation very calmly. I do not get hyper easily. Till now I dint face any conflict in my work place, but if such circumstance rises, I’ll try to handle the situation calmly and try to sort out the problem then and there.

  1. What do you understand by the term restorative nursing?

It means assurance to Patient Outcome

  1. To what level would people portray you as predictable?

I am very consistent in my job, therefore consistency will describe me well.
