Infosys Openings for Freshers 2011

Infosys Technologies Limited is the second largest software exporter in India. It has a total employee strength of over 1 lakhs and it has a offices all over india. Infosys mostly recruits freshers from the various engineering and arts colleges. It also recruits experienced persons through employee referral mode as well as direct recruitment.

There are lot of openings in infosys for freshers. They have a large training centre in Mysore which is considered one of the biggest training centre in Asia. This training centre is used to train all the infosys freshers and then post them in various offices.

A lot of jobs for freshers is available in Infosys. They recruit either through campus recruitment or off campus recruitment drive. In campus recruitment, they visit the prestigious colleges in the country like anna university, birla institute of technology and science, PSG College of technology, Thiagaraja college of engineering and SRM University. They conduct a mass on campus drive in these colleges to recruit candidates. Their first method of selection is Aptitude test. They will conduct a aptitude test which will last for 2 hours with some puzzles and aptitude questions. Mostly the puzzles will follow the pattern from the books like "More puzzles" from Shakuntala devi. Once you clear the aptitude test, you will be shortlisted for the HR interview. The interview will be either conducted on the same day or the next day depending on the strength of the candidates. Dress neatly when you attend the HR Interview.
