These innovations were scare prior to the 1800s, and those that we recognize had profound effects on society. Many innovations have occurred, but their significance has been forgotten along with most of their inventors. Nevertheless, efforts by a few inspired, entrepreneurs have changed society in extraordinary ways. Here we will discuss some great case studies of innovation and innovation that how some people decide to do something and what planning they adopt to make it applicable.

Entrepreneurs seldom march to the same cadence of others, and this “out of step” mindset often ends up costing entrepreneurs their jobs. Fred Proyor as a business graduate completes his internship at Eastman Kodak in marketing department. He started his job at EMDS in 1996. During his stay at EMDS, he designed international recruitment programs for over 40 multinational companies and launched the Africa-Managers and Asia-Managers recruiting initiatives. He wanted to do something novel and creative. Eventually he left the job in 2002 and became busy in developing and launching his Career track company. Together with Sara Roe, who was working in the recruitment advertising industry she left this job and joined international recruitment with EMDS, as she did her graduate with specializing in the African and Asian markets. In 2003, like her friend Sarah became a Director of CTC where she develops its marketing strategies and works on key international accounts. Their aim was to make aware the young people about today’s world and demands by tracking their career through seminars. Today, it’s sales are nearly $50 million and is the leading business seminar company in the industry.

The firm’s products evolve from a marketing base that, today, includes films, videos, audio tapes, books, and seminars ranging from “How to survive your college days “to” The masters of Excellence.
