The physical side might require you to work long hours over multiple days without having any time to rest and relax. The medical profession is known for working these types of long hours, and that can cause a lot of physical and psychological problems for people that aren’t ready for it.

You might even contact a long term care facility also since they will have a lot of information as they hire quite a few nurses to help take care of their elderly live-in patients.
