By the use of our parents saving we can go to college and to have a better job.
We all started as a baby. While growing up we started to attend pre-schools of course by the means of our parents, they enrolled us by their own money from their pockets. Then we attend grade schools and high school, again by the money of our parents. Then we go to college, it’s a bit expensive but we need to be in college to have a better job in the future.
All those years that we spent in school, our parents gave us their savings in order for us to go to school and learn and to have a good ponder for our future. Our parents work just for us and for them to invest some important things for the family. Otherwise, if our parents are not working we couldn’t be able to go to college we wouldn’t even know how to make an essay, do balance sheet, report a topic or make a term paper. But before they committed to have a family they were single, they have been to a lot of happy moments in their life. Like going to somewhere where they can do anything and buy things that no one intervene them.
As for fresh college graduates, they are going to find jobs that fit them. By looking for a new job and when they get hired, they would get a lot of new friends and learn about how the real life works. Being on a work, means that expect the pressure and the effort an employee will give to the work they designated with. But with the time allotment they have given to the employee for an 8 hour period basically, they would get a 30% to 50% additional payment if the employee would do overtime. Most is when the company also offers a double pay for a legal holiday, which is in the legal code to give out a double pay to the employee who works on that day, if it is legal holiday.
But the fun of having a work is when they get paid by the employer. When the employer pays them as much as the employee expect to the salary the employer would give, that is the joy of working. On the other hand, when they already have the money they would buy anything they want and live to the fullest. But of course, working will still go with the lives of every people, till they get 65 (as the US census for the employment says most people retired at that age).
Most of the retired people get a retirement pay of as much as 70% to 100% of the time they spent to the company. More to that they will have a monthly allowance from where they filled out an application fund and from the government fund as well, which a part of the benefits.
