Unemployment is a major concern, and many social workers are now working in this field in order to help people get their lives in order. People who do not have jobs live off government support and that puts a burden on resources. Therefore, these workers have the responsibility to help people find jobs that suit them, so that they can earn for themselves and their families. These workers will help schedule interviews, provide career guidance, and any other help needed regarding jobs.
