Regeneration and resurgence are the two important dimensions every corporate employee must follow in life.  Even the famous story of the mythological bird ‘Phoenix’ also conveys only the same message to human life.  Only when there is a regeneration and resurgence,Ultimate forgiveness - Animals follow, but do corporate man? Articles life can move on positively.

Importance of this message every corporate employee must imbibe deeply and follow in life.  Every plant follows the above philosophy of regeneration and resurgence from the adversity.

All animals follow the above principle very strictly and that is why they seldom suffer from any psychological problems like man.  The resurgence is a strong indication of burying the past and looking forward to the future.  The ability of most animals to resurge from the worst situation will tell us how committed and purpose oriented are their life.

Infanticide is very common among animals.  Infanticide means killing of young ones mostly by other members of the same group or different group.  For example, lioness with cubs is highly vulnerable to such an attack.   The cubs are often attacked by the intruder lion and heartlessly kill them.  A pride of lion is always watched by other dominant lions in the forest.  The dominant intruders challenge the leadership of the lion of the pride and in most instances the intruder lion will overthrow the existing leader.  Once the leader is sent out of the pride, the new one automatically assumes its dominance over the pride.

To create his role more meaningful to the pride and for himself, the new leader would cause infanticide (kill all the cubs).  The evolutionary explanation for the above behaviour is that the new leader wants to mate with the female members in the pride and hence he has to prepare them.   As long as the lioness is busy with nursing/milking the cubs, she will not entertain the dominant lion in her life.  The only way to compel her to come to heat period is to kill the cubs so she would immediately get ready for next delivery.

The interesting point is that how the lioness wholeheartedly accepts the new lion that had killed her dear cubs.  The pain of loosing her cubs definitely would have tossed her life.  She quickly recovers from the pain, resurges to action, accept the new lion to mate her, conceive, delivers the cubs and life goes on.     Her resurgence or regeneration makes more meaning to the present and to the future and it does not have even a speck of the past.   Naturally she should have been revengeful to the lion that killed her cub.  How can she allow a killer of her cubs to derive his pleasure and purpose at her expense?    This is how human beings in the corporate will think.  Because of such thinking only man never resurges or regenerates.

The only human being ever said to have resurged in the world is Jesus Christ.  When Jesus was crucified, he said to the god that his crucifiers do not know what they were doing.   Resurgence is possible only when man attach more meaning to the existence of the present than the dead past.

Corporate employees must learn the importance of regeneration and resurgence.  Grow beyond and be a part of the boundless nature, you life will be blissful and full of resurgence and regenerations.
