On the other hand, taking away medical benefits that were once given to workers could cause an irrevocable change in the way workers view their employers. Inevitably, the bottom line of the organization would be adversely affected.  Employees who are provided with medical health coverage are able to seek preventative care and historically miss less work than those who do not receive health insurance. This translates to a more productive work setting. When an professional is thriving well, the company does, too.

 Small office owners who elect to pay a portion of the health insurance benefits for their professionals should now find a higher return on their investment. The new "Small Business Health Care Tax Credit" allows small businesses to cash in on a tax credit when health insurance coverage is available to workers. Businesses must pay at least half of the insurance premiums for their workers in order to qualify for the tax credit.   Qualifying companies generally employ less than 25 full time workers with average annual wages below $50,000 per year. This new tax credit might help workers receive the insurance coverage they need while the employer receives the boost in company morale they desire.
